I said that I would contact you with a report on your herring products after I had tasted them with my friend Barry. Barry and I visited you on July 24th or 25th and I was very impressed with your "new herring" sample and the prospect of trying your smoked salmon. Here is the report;
Your smoked salmon is among the very finest I have ever tasted. It has a delicate flavor yet it asserts itself as a finely finished smoked fish product that it is. I am a smoked fish "maven' that has tasted smoked fish from the far corners of the world. Your smoked salmon is right on top.
Your rollmops drive me crazy with joy. Just a small bite of one of your rollmops fills my mouth with the explosive flavors of herring, pickle, onion and vinegar. One taste sets my palate off as if I am celebrating a holiday complete with fireworks. You make the best rollmops I have ever tasted.
The matjes herring is simply the most subtle and rewarding flavor that one can enjoy with a herring of this type. One bite reminded me of Amsterdam and the new herring I devoured with gustatory pleasure that I had never experienced before.
Your salomon gundi was fresh and vivacious, I could eat it all day.
If I lived in Nova Scotia instead of New York you would see me very often as I could not bear to stay away from such beautifully crafted fish products.
I wish there was a way I could sometimes order your products by overnight delivery.
