To: The owners, Mersey Point Fish products
Dear Sir/Madam
I should like to comment on your excellent ‘Kipper Fillets’. They are the vastly superior to any of the other brands I have purchased in Canada or the U.K.
Could you please let me know what other products you produce. One product I find impossible to find are ’Herring Roes’ either soft or hard. What do you do with the roes you get from the herring used for kipper fillets? Why not market them either frozen or canned? They are very popular in the U.K.
Thanking you, Harry B., Peterborough, Ontario

I was so excited to find ‘real’ smoked kippers in the A&P in London, Ont yesterday. I am a transplanted Nova Scotian and I like my kippers. Yours are excellent. When I come to NS in September, I will be in for a visit.
Thanks for the treat. Anne M., London, Ontario

I just had your Kipper Fillets for the first time and found them to be very tasty!
I’ll have to try some of your other products as well - the Herring Salad with Solomon Gundy recipe on your web site sounds great.
Thanks, Martin H., Whitby, Ontario

Subject: Kippers
Folks,
I tried your boil bag kippers for the first time yesterday. They were as good as any that I have had. One observation – all other boil bag kippers I have had give cooking instruction not only for boiling but for microwaving them. Have you considered adding microwaving instructions on your packaging?
Cheers, Bill
