Our smoked products are manufactured with top quality raw materials from the cold Atlantic Ocean. The smoking process is completely natural and no dyes or artificial preservatives are used. All smoked products are made with Nova Scotia hardwood and prepared to Old World recipes. The products are available in bulk cardboard box or vacuum pack.

Cold Smoked Herring (Kipper Fillets) Our kippers start with the best herring (Clupea Harengus), freshly caught in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean by Nova Scotia. The herring fillets are lightly brined and cold smoked. Packed in a 2.5kg box, either bulk or vacuum packed.
Our Kippers are also offered in a boilable bag with a puck of real butter. Packed in an attractive box of 170g this presentation is perfect for a traditional British breakfast or as part of a dinner.

Cold Smoked Haddock (Finnan Haddie) A member of the cod family, but smaller in size, haddock has a very delicate flavour. The cold smoking process gives the fish a unique and delicious taste. Packed in a 2.5kg box, either bulk or vacuum packed.
Our Cold Smoked Haddock, known as Finnan Haddie, is also packaged in convenient Boil in the Bag packages, with a serving of real butter, 156g serving.

Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon (Nova Lox) The Salmon that we use is raised in the Bay of Fundy and is of very high quality. Our Salmon is brined according to an old family recipe and is either cold or hot smoked.
The cold smoked salmon is salted by hand and smoked in an artisinal way with natural wood, thinly sliced.

Hot Smoked Salmon The Salmon that we use is raised in the Bay of Fundy and is of very high quality. Our Salmon is brined according to an old family recipe and is either cold or hot smoked.
The hot smoked salmon is sold either au natural or with crushed peppercorns. The salmon is oven smoked to capture the natural juices.

Hot Smoked Mackerel The scientific name of the mackerel caught in the north Atlantic is Scomber scombrus. Mackerel is a fatty fish that is perfect for smoking because it will not dry out. Our Mackerel fillets are hot smoked. Once smoked Mackerel has a rich taste and is a ready-to-eat delicacy.
