Finnan Haddie
Smoked haddock is often called Finnan Haddie and is said to have originated in Scotland. All our smoked products are smoked with natural wood and do not contain any added colours or preservatives.
Our Mersey Point Finnan Haddie is available, uncooked, in a Boil in the Bag package. To cook, simply immerse unopened pouch in boiling water, boil for 14 minutes and enjoy a delicious easy to prepare meal.
It is great in fishcakes, fish soup or as a dish on its own.
