Smoked Salmon 

Nothing gets more attention than a side of Mersey Point smoked salmon, thinly sliced and garnished with sliced onion, capers, lemon wedges, and freshly ground pepper.

And for a change mix 3/4 cup (or more) olive oil and juice of one lemon with 2 thinly sliced red onions and capers. Layer this mixture with the smoked salmon slices. Finish with ground pepper or any kind of hot pepper thinly sliced on top. Serve with any kind of bread of your liking. We serve it with German bread.
